Hello, I would like to ask what apporach to take after a car has been soaked with rain. Like would it be safe to dry it with MF towel immediately?

I used a cheapo tire black locally made in our country. I sometimes apply them on a wet tire. Do you think this might be causing it? Is there anyway to fix this?

That product should be nice coz it would only take 2 steps unlike the ultimate wax system which requires 3 steps.
