    1998 Audi Avant

I detailed this 1998 Audi Avant yesterday, and she was a real project both inside and out. The leather was real dingy and showing wear...

    After...

Lexol 50% diluted and a considerable amount of work. The leather came back quite a bit.

    I also conditioned with Lexol.

    Paint...

The paint was scratched and swirled everywhere. I went to work on her with Menzerna IP, however I switched over to Meguiars Speed Glaze almost immediately. I will not talk down another product, but I should stick with what works for me.

    Meguiars...

I followed SG with No. 9. I used a green Edge Pad for the SG and Blue with the No.9. The sunlight is a little more filtered in this shot, and I apologize for Mother Nature`s lack of cooperation on this thread.

    Here is another angle...

Working outside has its drawbacks... I would love to take B&A`s in consistent lighting, but this detail took me about 4 hours to compete in 88 degree weather, and the sun has moved.

    Engine detailing...

I find engine detailing the easiest part of the job, but very satisfying....

The engine bay really looked nice after giving her a spray wax.

    Interior...

The entire interior was atrocious, however my pics do not do it justice...

    Here is one after shot.

    Dean,

Always a great job, I love working on darker colors you can make a big impact on what they look like.

WOW!! I hope I get to the point where I can do work that good. Till then I better keep my day job and stick to my own vehicles.

    Really Impressive!
