Default Clay Bar Only

Hey guys...is there not a way to purchase clay bars only, minus the kit??

I know this sounds a little on the stupid side, but I buy the QD by the gallon anyways and don't need anymore spray bottles sitting around. Now this next statement is super-stupid, but I could forego the MF as well.

Just give me a box of clay and I'll be happy!

I know your clay and mainly the kit is designed for the retail/OTC market, but there's a bunch of us semi-pro's out here that would like to get just a clay bar since it's arguably one of the best on the market.

Maybe something for the suggestion box??!!

Our California Gold Clay Bars are available only in our kit.

Hopefully you'll consider giving the extra Showtime bottle and towel to your clients to help protect them from fallout and other accidents and keep them coming back for your services.

Here's a thread about this from a while ago that gives a bit of detail about why it isn't sold by itself:

Thanks for the link, but not a great answer in my opinion. I knew that reason without looking. Funny part though is a lot (dare I say the majority) of people who clay anyways would most likely know better than to go at it like some of the comments in that thread. I think a lot of detailers are smarter than this and would like just the bar. Don't know why both would work for the company on the market.

We all know why the clay is only available in a "kit".
The reasons for not selling only the clay don't fly with me either. But then again...I can remember when you could not just walk in a store and buy a claying kit of any kind.
I agree tho, clay bars need to be sold seperate or in a pack.
