    The Main Difference

I was giving a estimate to a prospect the other day. I was about $50.00 higher than another larger detailer. He ask me why I was higher. I told him who would you rather have work on your car. The guy that is being paid $10.00 an hour and has little to no expertise, is following a check list and has no product knowledge, or me with 30 years experience in car care, and does the research and using the best products that are available on the market!!

I said of all the detail shops I have been to here they can`t tell and swirl remover from a sealant. I told him your car will look great when you get it back but after a few washes the fillers in the wax they apply with wash off.

I booked the job and he was really happy with the car.

Good advice Kim. Sounds like something I need to pin up on the mirror.
