megs extra vs simple green pro automotive formula

Which do you think is more safe/non-abrasive? Both products are ready to use right from the bottle. Which would be better if I got over spray from the product on clear coated rims, plastic, etc. I know that simple green has a ph of like 9.3. I don`t think extra is ph balanced, does that matter? Overall which product would you use?

I would stay away from Simple Green,, I stopped considering it long ago due to all the warnings about it (i.e. can eat through aluminum, damage valve covers, etc, etc) . I used Xtra once in the past and I find it to be a very good wheel/all purpose cleaner, I just wanted to buy products in larger sizes so : APC+ for lighter work and Castrol Super Clean for heavy duty work and garage clean ups. I`m going to be trying some Meg`s Citri Gel soon as well.

Just a note here.......... Meguiar`s has discontinued the EXTRA, and will be discontinuing Citri-Gel in the near future.
