Default Detailed my front seats with a Porter Cable!

My order arrived recently for Leather Cleaner, Leather Conditioner, and an upholstery brush attachment for my Porter Cable. I've used the Mothers leather products before but the brush attachment allowed for a more productive and uniform cleaning.

I found that spraying Leather Cleaner directly to my seats and then brushing with my PC produced a bit of lather that helped lift dirt better than I could by hand. I just made sure to wipe off before the product, along with dirt, dried and settled back into the leather.

I don't let my seats get too dirty so there wasn't much to remove, but using this brush attachment I think is easier on the leather since I'm not struggling to scrub the leather with a microfiber towel which always grabs onto the leather. The brush is also much more thorough, and again, more uniform. After cleaning and conditioning, my seats felt great. The perforations also had a more telling texture to them, I suppose from better cleaning.

I finished off with Leather Conditioner which I applied liberally with a MF cloth. With another MF towel I buffed off the seats to a high luster. I don't prefer the semi-glossy look, but I know for a fact that by tomorrow the luster will go away, leaving a nice, like-new satin finish.

I also cleaned and conditioned the shifter boot, and used VLR to wipe off any overspray or splatter on plastic parts adjacent to the leather.

Oh btw, here's the brush info from my Autogeek invoice:

Actually, prior to this session and before I ordered this stuff, I used VLR then Leathertech on the steering wheel . Nice to feel some extra cushion when gripping this Ford leather wheel.
