Rick - If you a running a popup blocker, you will need to temporarily disable it to allow the chat window to open. The new chat room works differently than the old version and needs to "pop up" a new window.

Ok thank you. I do use a pop up blocker, You`re so much nicer than that mean ole Rainmaker man.
