I would highly recommend you do not put any protectant on the gas/brake pedals. Clean them, yes, but any protectant and you could potentially have a slippery surface. Obviously something you definately do not want.

Best advice I can give to you is to treat that customer`s car as if it were your own.

I use Megs APC+ (12:1) on the pedals when I clean my interior. Any APC will work just fine, though. I like that Orange Balst stuff pretty well. A tooth brush and a little car wash soap will also do the trick. Make sure you don`t leave any soap residue for when the owner gets in with wet feet one day (slippery pedals!).

Using a APC to clean before you put on any dressing on. That way when you lay down the dressing you will get an even coating. If there is anything on the plastic the dressing will not lay evenly. The rest of the car looks in great shape hit it with the vac, brush up any areas that may have stains and re-vac. Good Luck!!
