    interesting post. So it seems if you use a polish first, should then put EX on by hand to eliminate removing anything from the polish.

    Thomas it depends on what type of polish we`re talking about...with a regular polish is not left on the vehicle, yet there are some polishes with fillers that do leave product behind. If we`re talking about Professional Polish then use a pc for your first coat. For further coats I would do by hand if you want to layer, but (you know there`s always a but) if you are fanatical and wanting just to do more and more and more then the pc in this case would seem to enhance the shine since it`s removing some of the older layers and adding new product....

    Boss in this case I could see that more layering with the pc would also add to the long lasting durability when the winter months come back I`ll be doing some more testing and I guess some of you will be too
