Question Ultra Hard Water Problem

I deal with really hard water and high temps of 100+, combine that with some wind and my car dries so fast it leaves a calcium/salt deposit on my paint. I usually try to use your QD to get clean the deposits, but last couple of times it was having a difficult time giving me a clean surface.
Would your liquid wax be suitable for cleaning this residue? I'm stumped about what I can use to cut the minerals and not disturb my wax job.
Any suggestions appreciated.
