    Using PC Pads

PC will be here any time!! First time with any machine, just wondering about pad usage. After wash and clay I use
a Cleaner, ssr1, show car glaze, and liquid wax. Will I need a sperate set of pads for each step? Like one for applying and one for removing each product? Also where does a polishing pad come into play, when to use it? Sorry if these sounds like stupid questions, just dont wanna F anyone`s vehicle up!!

    Thanks for any help!!

Read both just to clarify and review.

Yes you will need different pads. Remove with a MF. You will apply with different types of pads that have a different aggressiveness.

    Finishing > Polishing > Cutting
    Light to High

There are some pads that are different, but those are the general types. Change with each product, as they will mix and perform inadequately.

Apply waxes / sealants by hand. Some like doing a Sealant with a PC.

Depending on the car I use a cutting pad on the cleaner and the SSR these are sperate pads. A polishing pad is for just that like AIO, straight polish, EX, wax, etc.
    That`s my take on it
