Dual action versa tool and PC

While I was at the DetailKing seminar last weekend I noticed that the dual action versa tool had several pads etc. that the PC did not offer. I was curious about the size of the threads, so I asked Nick if I could try to put a pad from the dual action tool on a PC. It fit perfect! The dual action tool offers a smaller scrub pad for carpets and several other polishing pads. The only downfall is the PC is now a three inch polishing tool. And you have to buy dual action pads in pairs.

Small pads may not be readily available, but 4 Star has a carpet scrubber brush available for the PC.
What were the uses for the pads that were not offered for the PC?
