    Lightbulb PVA`s and Natty`s

As I was packing an order this morning, a thought came to mind.
I think by cutting the PVA in half it would be an easier to use applicator for the Natty`s and would be able to be squeezed into the jars after a couple uses:dunno

    Hi Poorboy,

I`ll do one better. How about getting a round cookie cutter and making round PVA applicators.

ok that`s possible too but I think you`d want to do it with the Super size PVA`s 3"x6"

We have super sized PVAs now? That could make a heck of a difference, my only complaint has been the narrowness (not even sure if thats a word, probably not) of the PVA.

I cut mine in half (thickness) and to the shape of the natty containe.....works like a charm and is even easier to hold onto. I found it easiest to cut if you let it dry out completely then use a razor

How does having it thinner help? It seems like that would make it harder to hold onto. I like the cut-off corners so it`ll fit in the jar....but of course I don`t have the jar. I`m using the muppets tin.
Dream big and be willing to do the work to get there.

actually it being thinner helped because I can hold the front half with my fingers and hold the back with my thumb. it seemed easier to "palm" the applicator also, it didnt try to roll out from under my hand. I think having it thinner is definetly a plus, kinda like the foam applicators that everyone likes, its about the same thickness now.
