    Time crunch...What do you do?

You`ve wash`d the car and tires and dry`d it.....you are now told you have one hour and half to give the car back.!!!

This vehicle is two years old, paint is in good shape...has light oxidatation, swirls, some tar, and other things your not sure about...
What will you use in the time span..or do you give up and hand it back right there...???
    This happen`d to me today...

Without seeing the paint, I think I would I break out the meg`s #66 and the PC. Atleast then you would still have time to dress the tires and do the windows. I hate being rushed when detailing, people just don`t understand the time it takes to do a perfect job.

Norton O2B or 3M PI III MG. Then a quick coat of poorboys while waiting the 45 for it to set do the interior and wheels.

I have had similar experience. What I did was focus on doing a great super clean detail and simplify the paint process. Scratches, forget about that with that time. AIO is my choice with a topper of S100 or EX (taken off after a few minutes).

I`m with all you the AIO is the time saver that I use. I have Klasse and Poorboys both work well in a time crunch.

One thing that I hate is to be in a hurry, so you need to tell the customer that its not going to be your best job

And you have the interior still to do? Man, talk about being rushed!

I guess I would reach for the AIO or Poorboy`s Polish w/Carnauba. Thinking about it the PB would be better cause I could apply it to the whole car then let it sit while I do the interior. Come back and buff it off just before they arrive. Still either way AIO or PB PWC would be the ticket. If I had some Meg`s Speed Glaze I might be inclined to reach for it.

    IMO.

Nice car! Sounds like a very reasonable approach given the time constraints. When you get it back what are you planning for a final finsh.... SG, UPP or something else?
