Question Speed settings on the PC

What setting does eveyone use when applying/removing/polishing etc. when using the PC? Does the speed matter based on paint condition product step or what??
    Thanks.

Guten Morgen herr Balucanb, wie geht as Ihnen?

Anyhow, I set mine on 4.5 to 5.5 for most polishes. I use the higher speed for the more aggressive polishes. For applying waxes/sealants, I run it around 3 to 3.5. Still do all my removal by hand.

Sorry, my German is kinda rusty.

Actually I`m fluent in German but... I have been here for around 10 years or half my time in the Army plus my wife is German so I have lots of oppertunity to speak it. Unfortunitly though most Americans that come here and stay 2 or 3 years (in the Army) never pick up on it, it is sad really because they miss so so much. I know it can`t be that hard to learn because I learned it and I am about as smart as a box of rocks!!!!:p

That is great if you have the opportunity!! It has been my experience that even if you can`t speak a language well, if you just try the people that do speak it really appreciate it. Understand when I say fluent I don’t want anyone to think I speak like a native I just mean I can go pretty much anywhere without any fear of not getting what I need even if I have to use hand and arm signals!! LOL.

Boss spit out the good answer first. Leaves little for the rest of us to add. I tried the higher settings the other day and all it really accomplished was to vibrate my hands a bit harder.

Natty, you only need to know one word in German...bier! LOL! Oh, and it helps to be able to count to 5 or 6 so you can order multiple biers for you and your buddies.

I spent 3 years in Augsburg and all I managed to accomplish was to hack up the German language (I`m not a linguist, Balucanb ).
