    tar/adhesive on interior vinyl

Got some goo, I think its adhesive or maybe tar (black, sticky, gooey) on some vinyl on the bottom inside of my door. It may have came from the weather striping area of the door. There is some on that surface, too. I tried S&W and APC+ 1:12. Nothing. It just kinda rolls around on itself. What stronger product can I use?

Dissolve a good amount of table salt into warm water and try to remove it with a clean rag. The balling up makes it sound like it`s an adhesive that usually comes off with really salty water. Let me know how it goes for you.

Won`t damage this. Also as always. Everyone here should try a new product in an inconspicuous area that won`t be seen.

Steve, you are hereby forbidden to make any product that cleans well, and shines like crazy afterwards. From now on it has to clean, shine, and uh...welll...uh...um...it just...uh....it has to better :p
