    Orbital Polishers

    Hi all,
Here`s my first post, so excuse me if the subject
has been discussed before. I would like to know the difference between the Porter Cable model #7336 and the #7424. They look alike and the specs are the same. The only difference is that one includes the sanding disk. Is that all? or am I missing something?
    Thanks

    Carlos

no there isn`t much difference ....also the 7224 comes with the 5" counter weight and I think not positive the 7336 comes with a 6":dunno but they are the same body and power.

    Welcome to DC!!!
The #7336 also comes with a 6" counterweight, which works better with the 6" or 6 1/2" pads anyways.
I bought my #7336 at Lowes for $109.00 and It came with the sanding disc as well as a 6" buffing pad.
Other than that they are the same machine.

You will need to buy a velcro adapter. Meguiars is actually 5" diameter which I think is better because it offers more protection from hitting the paint when using a 6" or 6 1/2" pad. Mequiars and PAC offer a package of three pads and the velcro backing plate Check out PAC through their link on this site and Meguiars at www.meguiars.com
