    Finally Did It!!

I`m a cheap college student who`s extremely poor. But thanks to the nudging from Jndgrbrdman and others I finally placed an order at premiumautocare. Here`s what I got (too poor to get everything I wanted) tell me what you think:

    1 Premium/Soft Touch Microfiber Sampler Kit 29.95

1 Porter Cable 7424 Dual Action Polisher 139.95

1 Meguiars Foam Pad Accessory Kit 45.95

    1 Klasse Twins 32.90

    Subtotal: 248.75

    Coupon offer (10% savings): -24.87

    Subtotal: 223.88

    Shipping: 0.00

    Tax: 0.00

    Total: 223.88

I`m excited now. I`ve had a rotary and used it for a while, but I`m gonna feel a WHOLE LOT more comfortable with this PC in my hands.

Don`t fool yourself. That isn`t the order of a poor college student. They detail by hand out of necessity. That is the order of a true enthusiast. :wait

Oh, and by the way stay away from Jndgrbrdman, he`s an expensive influence.

Why, yes I am. You should see my garage. I should insure my products shelf for a couple grand just in case. I`m to the point that I detail only to pay for all my detailing stuff. lol

Haha, so true. I guess it`s bad if I`m excited to get these products so I can detail more cars so I can have more money to buy more products. I seem to see a pattern emerging...one that does very little to pay off my studen loans and remedy my tuna fish/burrito diet.

Hey there Immaculate, you have the tools to start detailing around the town. That is what I did just a couple years back during my undergrad.....then it turned into a business. My first "official" client after starting the business was one of my professors.

You can get that stuff paid for easily in a nick of time!

Good luck, and most of all, have fun doing it!

Thanks nick. Funny thing is I`d already checked out your website earlier and was wondering if detailing was going to pay for your law school or not. Last week, during spring break, my friend and I detailed quite a few cars back where we`re originally from and made about $550 (split between 2). Not a ton, but not shabby. We did a lot of wash and waxes and about 3 or 4 full details. I used a rotary, which I DON"T WANNA USE ANYMORE, so i`m VERY excited for the PC, and now I`m ready to get clients HERE around my school. So wish me luck.

Burritos/tuna fish goodbye, Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Mac and Cheese hello! I"m moving up gentlemen......

There is nothing dishonorable about the Lynn Wilson diet. I`ve gone on and off of it several times in my day.

Do yourself a favor and buy things in bulk whenever you can. That will save you a lot of money in the long run. PAC is a cool place to shop because you can buy things you use a lot of in gallons. Stuff like 4 Star Gloss Enhancer and UPP and things like that. Gallons rule. Get your polishes in 32 ounce bottles too. Your local paint supply store probably has that. If you are going to use something like #26 for waxing then you can get that by the gallon too. Bulk rules. Good luck on your venture. :headbang Now, go grow a mullet and demand respect. :naughty

I`m working on a very specific type of mullet. I`m balding somewhat in the front, So I`m thinking of just growing my hair long, and just doing what i like to call the "slick back", showing lot`s of forehead with a nice mullet.

However, fuzz, at this point I`m still open to suggestions. I`ve also considered the "360 Mullet" and possibly "over the top." I`ll let you know what I go with. :band

    FUZZ,
just got back from a math test, and today is elections day here at my university. As I was walking towards this computer lab I saw a certain AD that caught my attention. It read:

"Vote Allen Platt for Academic Vice President" Then His slogan on the bottom almost blew me away "Remember the Mullet"

Is this some conspiracy you`ve got going fuzz???????????

Bwahahahhah!!! Sounds like he should win the election for sure!! He should really demand respect rather than just simply asking people to remember him. I`m sure he`ll get the ladies votes. :naughty
