Exclamation Platinum Car care. com - Should I avoid these guys

I ordeed a waffle drying towel...(before I found the PremiumsAuto site.)
It`s been three weeks or so and no prooduct has come to my door.
Are these a legit business or did I just get screwed here?

    Tarios,

I`m pretty sure that Platinum Auto Care, and this site....... Premium Auto Care, are one in the same. If there is an issue with your order, I would send Dwayne (admin) a PM, or email. I`m sure if there is a problem with an order, he will take care of it ASAP.

Yep...I checked out that web site and it sure does seem like another 4-Star site. I would PM Dwayne (admin) or call him and I`m sure he`ll straighten everything out.

Tarios.... don`t know how you pulled this off actually.
That is my website that is under construction that I no longer promote. It can accept U.S. orders but only a few people know about it.

Since our system set up as to not allow international orders, must have been a glitch letting you choose Canada.... you somehow placed an order, chose UPS Ground to Canada and the system did not know what to do. So the system marked it as canceled.

We do not have a way to process international orders outside of PayPal and shipping one towel to Canada is more expensive than if shipping within the U.S.... not to mention duty.

You have not been charged so you haven`t been screwed.

    K..Dwayne..I sent you a PM.
    Just to add--

But if you won`t ship up here.which is not far from the US border...(I know about the shipping fees and brokerage fees that are sky high..)
will you ship to a Fed Ex outlet?
I`ll be getting a Fed Ex mail service box in Plattsburgh USA , NY state by June.
I use that to ship tires from Tire Rack there..
I guess you`ll have no problem with shipping there would you?

Thanks for clearing up that order problem.
    Nektaros...

Oops, I should have elaborated... we are happy to ship to Canada. We just are not able to accept orders from Canada through our store yet.

Costs are discussed via email and PayPal is the best way to accept payment.

USPS is the most affordable way to go.... shoot me an email anytime to discuss further.

    Dwayne
