Default tire dressing concern

first post here. background; I apply your tire dressing to my sideskirts every time I dress the tires. I now want to paint my sideskirts. My question is, does your tire dressing product contain any silicone chemicals? as you know there is no way to paint over silicone oils. thanks...fingers crossed.
