Default How to detail bottom of painted wraparound panels?

What would be the best way to remove build-up from painted surfaces that wrap under the vehicle? There's stuff beneath my Flex that is not readily removed, not even after using the soapy brush at my local DIY car wash port (the only time I use their brush on any paint, I might add ). Going clay will just scratch up the paint, I'm sure (and waste clay).

You could try either our Speed All-Purpose Cleaner or our new Speed Bug & Tar Remover.

All-Purpose is available in OSH Orchard Supply Hardware stores in Southern California; Bug & Tar Remover would probably need to be ordered online.
