    Tried Race Glaze Today

Well I am out of 3M and i went to my supplier to get some and he was gone and he actually has to get it from someone down the street. But one of his drivers was there and told me to try Race Glaze. I read a post about someone who liked it so I thought I would give it a try. I did 2 rounds of the Race Glaze with my new DeWalt polisher then a coat of AIO followed by High Gloss Sealant. Here are some pics...

I am wait for poorboys to come then I will give it a shot. This car was swirled pretty bad so I had to go around 2 time. The Race Glaze went on easy and then I had to take it off by hand. It turned out pretty good.

    Amazing thing isn`t it?

Did you just use the RG : Leveling Compound Or RG: Fast Action.

Did you use their sealant too??

I just used the Leveling Compound.

Glad to see it`s available that far from me..
I guess it means it`s got some clout behind it.

    Good job wit the car..
    Looks really nice.

I just used a polishing pad that my supplier gave me when I bought the DeWalt. The car had a lot of swirls and going over it once with RG didnt get rid of them all. So I went over it again with RG. There are still some swirls but its not bad at all. The sad thing is that there son is going to wash it and my entire detail job will not look look the same. But I guess thats how it goes, but I did make money. i did like a door at a time. Just worked the RG in till it wouldnt go in anymore. Then wiped the extra off with a clean terry cloth. Then did the same thing over again. It wiped off very easy. I am not sure if there are different ones, I was looking for a good swirl remover and this is what he said to try.

I though I would see how it would look, the problem was that the water dried up to fast in some sections.

I am in Granite Bay, next door to Folsom.
