Default foam pads for step 1&2

What type of foam pads would you recommend for step 1&2, with DA polisher.

For California Gold Pure Polish Step 1, use a white Lake Country polishing pad, or a black pad if the paint were extremely soft.

For Step 2, a black pad.

For Step 3, Pure Brazilian Carnauba Wax, a black, red or blue pad.

If waxing every 8 weeks, consider applying Step 2 Micro-Polishing Glaze every time, or every other time if the paint is lighter colored.

I have used the step 1 a lot and find it along with clay to be the secret to a good shine (clean paint). With a DA just be sure to work it wet by using enough product and not over buffing. It is not like a polish where you try to use as little as possible.
