EX by PC vs. By Hand

I applied EX this weekend on my black car with a PC and the results were much better than when I applied EX by hand. I knew that there was a benefit to using a PC when applying a polish or glaze, but I never considered the benefit when applying a wax or sealant. The paint came out much darker and wetter.

Is it the heat generated by the PC or the fact that I can get a thinner layer of EX on the car?

I have found the same think. As a matter of fact I just applied a layer by pc and am waiting for it to cure so I can remove. Keep in mind though that additional layers should be done by hand.

PC gives a much better and even pressure distribution than hand. Better for most products, rotary for others. Yes you will use much less product with the PC as you no doubt noticed. I love my PC can you tell?

As EZ pointed out, less product is used and spread over the vehicle. The reason why the protection lasts longer is because the PC can make it penetrate better than by hand.

I just applied UPP the same way (with a PC) on my mother`s car, and I found the results to be similar (i.e. better shine than by hand).
