Question What do you guys think of this stuff

Hey guys I wanted you opinions you guys use products I have never heard of... I was wondering if you guys have ever used Auto Magic stuff, and if you have what you think of it.. it`s all professional stuff and it`s readily available here in NH... I`v used other stuff like Kar Kraft, but hated their products. I`v been in the business for about 6 years and wow you guys have some great tips I havn`t heard of... but wanted your input on some products.. I do like Auto Magic and love alot of there stuff but some stuff does a ok job... Just starting my own business I want to be the best in this area what do you guys think?????

Ps for bug removal I`v always used ammonia mixed about 3 to 1 in a spray bottle works great no effort but can this hurt the finish I havn`t seen any adverse reactions on any cars but maybe someone knows more on this...

Sorry for the long post. Thanks guys!!!

I`ve never tried any AutoMagic products myself but have heard and read mostly good things about their products.

As for the Ammonia deal...if you haven`t had any problems with finishes then I guess it is OK but I would be very reluctant to use it myself. Maybe someone here who didn`t cut chemistry class in high school could lend an opinion. Hey Dwayne, what doya say? Maybe ask Rick about that one?

Wink Natty were you smoking in the boys room

Natty missed my share of chemistry too...lol

Ammonia shouldn`t be harmful to the finish if used lightly and not too often....many products especially some well known metal polishes are full of it..literally

I personally can`t stand the smell of the stuff and prefer to keep it as far away as possible, especially from my skin
life is short ..do it while you can

I came across using ammonia while using it when i worked in a dealership. One of the guys told me to use the aresol glass cleaner it did make my life alittle easier... Then i used another that did not work well at all the only difference was the amonia.. so i tried it diluted in water and it worked great... Thanks for the input so far..

Like I said earlier in the post I`v never used any of the stuff you guys talk about what do you guys suggest as some of the best products so i can try them out...

    Thanks again Guys

If you can stand the smell ammonia and water makes a great uph. and carpet cleaner. One cup of ammonia to one gallon of water , rub on with a wet towel and wipe dry with a dry towel ,does not leave a dirt catching film on fabric . You will be supprised on how dirty your water will get.
