    leather cleaning help!!!

Looked at a customers car today a 1997 ford sho to be exact and he wants the leather restored to somewhat original look.

The only problem here is that the seats are nasty, and it seems that the leather is somewhat damaged on the drivers seat it looks like he used a harsh chemical to try and clean them and damaged the clearcoat on the leather.

The products that I was gonna try and use was as follows

    - dilluted woolite with a soft bristle brush
    - meguairs aloe cleaner
    - gliptones leather cleaner

any suggestions would be much appreciated.. thanks in advance

If the color is bleached out in some areas then nothing you do, short of a re-dye, is going to help that leather.

I would just tell the guy you will do your best but don`t expect much the color to come back. Have you any pics of the seats ?
