    Unhappy Shoulda listened to Jngrbrdman

who told us to go all out the first time we order stuff from premiumautocare.com and not skimp on the number of PC pads, etc.

I only got the three pad pack by Meguiar`s, and thus I can only use three of the gazillion products that I have at any one time. Well, as soon as my credit card balance dies off a bit, I`m gonna place a big order of AIO, Sealant Glaze, maybe more UPP, and a boat load of PC pads.

naddage..im in the same boat as you. I only have the 3 meguairs pads, and i need more.

Only problem is....Edge is comming out with some new dual sided pads that dont require a backing plate that everybody seems really interested in.

Can`t you just wash out the 3 pads you have, dry them and then re-apply a *new* product to them safely?

I am aware that it is not recomended to use different products on the same pad, however if you completely remove the product (by washing the pad) i beleive its safe to use a different product on it for future details you may have.

Someone correct me if im wrong here.

Yeah if your doing the whole wash/detail thing - keep your soap and rinse buckets handy - if you want to reuse a pad with a different product, dunk it in the soap bucket and wring it out in the rinse bucket, dunk it in the rinse, repeat - stick it on the PC, set it to 6 (make sure you are away from the car!) and spin dry - ready to go!

hehe you guys are totaly right, but I meant that I wanted to use
SSR2, SSR1, UPC, UPP - and the last 3 products use either polishing or finishing pads.
The meg`s kit I bought only came with 1 polishing pad, so I think i`m going to buy more polishing pads as opposed to washing the one I have three times each time I detail. I keep my pads in ziplocks to prevent drying out too - saves product coz you don`t have to keep re-saturating the pads everytime you use it.

Just make sure when you put in on the PC at speed 6 to dry that you hold it close to your chest (the more level the better) that way you can match my shirt with a nice white line.
