Question Cleaning And Protecting Polycarbonate Windshields?

What in the Mothers line is best for cleaning and protecting polycarbonate motorcycle windshields?

Many motorcycle windshields have a protective coating on them.

Do you know if yours does?

Its stock from the factory of Harley Davidson.
Yes, its coated.
Harley describes it as a "tough, hard-coated polycarbonate windshield".

Mothers Plastic Polish or PowerPlastic 4Lights polish -- apply by hand with a soft microfiber towel, let dry to a haze, and gently remove.

How many coats?
Can it be applied to glass headlamps/running lights?

It's a plastic polish, so it wouldn't be appropriate for glass headlamps.

It would work for plastic turn signals.

So how many coats for the windshield?
Its a polish not a wax correct?

Despite its name, think of it as a cleaner wax for plastic -- it polishes and protects.
