    New use for Poorboy`s Degreaser/Cleaner

Well I had an 03 Cobra to detail the other day, and the underside of the hood with the odd material that covers it was extremely dirty. The car was getting a minor prep for a very non-professional car show, so this had to go.

So after spraying down the material, I sprayed on the Poorboy`s cleaner, and then brushed it with a large wheel brush. The water that ran off before applying the cleaner was just a little dingy, but after spraying that on and scrubbing, it was brown and nearly black!

So after a large ammount of water sprayed on the cover, I went to cleaning the wheels. By the time I was finished with the wheels the cover was virtually dry. And was now very very black, just the way it should be.

Thats a good product you have Steve!

Well, as it turns out, I just happened to have received some recently. Since I haven`t really tried it out yet, I figured I`d try it on my "not too recently detailed" wheels.

    Good news:
Yep. It works on brake dust.

    Bad news:
I now have 1 clean wheel and 3 not so clean wheels.

As to the acidity, I don`t know the actual ph, but if you`re wondering if it`s like wheel cleaner acid, then no, it isn`t. It`s biodegradable, non-flammable, and non-toxic. (as noted on the bottle).

It also says it`s a professional strength concentrate, and dillution may be needed for some applications.
(a little can go even farther!)
