    More Wolfgang or carnauba topper?

I`m having a bit of a dilema. I have a guy coming back to me on Saturday with a TransAm that I recently polished and treated with Wolfgang. He has a show on Sunday and he wanted it shined up again. I am debating whether or not to go with another coat of Wolfgang or if I should top it with some carnauba instead. Any suggestions? There isn`t a lot that I don`t have so I`m really able to experiment here. Here is a rough idea of what I have to work with... Blitz, P21S, Trade Secret, Vintage, Pinnacle Signature, Souveran, Liquid Souveran, Pinnacle Paste Glaze, and of course UPP, Klasse, Blackfire, or more Wolfgang. Any suggestions?

I was starting to clean up the garage the other day and it became apparant that I need to stop trying new things. I`m getting confused and its hard to remember what looks best with what. I guess topping Wolfgang is kind of new ground for anybody, but I was hoping someone would have some suggestions for me. Thanks!

Great.... the two waxes that I don`t have. lol I don`t have any of that grape wax yet either. 3 more waxes and I`m done. ...after I get several more. I need to have a yard sale or something.

What would you do if it was your vehicle?
Did it look outstanding after the Wolfgang?
You know it will look outsanding after the Souveran paste or the P21S paste.
For a show, I think I would have to lean toward the Souveran.
That being because of all I have heard about it, not from actual experience.
The S100/P21S look I am familiar with and supposedly the Souveran has just a little better depth.
Longevity is evidently not the issue here, but appearance.

Its kind of a really dark saphire blue.

I`m tempted to bust out the Liquid Souveran on it. I remember some testing where LS had some cleaner properties in it and I`m not sure how safe that would be for the Wolfgang. I`m kind of leaning toward using some Pinnalce Signature. I`ve heard that stuff is awesome and comparable to Souveran. Trade Secret would be nice too. Araghahahahah!!! Too many choices!!!

Split the hood up into halves or 1/4`s, try 2 or 4 different toppings and see what you and your customer like best

I did a sliver corvette with WG about 2 weeks ago. Then this last weekend I topped with the 100% carnuba wax that I jsut got. Hands down that is the best looking silver car I have ever done. So I`d top it with carnuba on that drak color it would be killer!!

I`m not sure if he wants to sit there all morning while I experiment with his car. I think I`m going to break out the Pinnacle Signature and see how that works out. I haven`t used that since I got it a couple weeks ago and I`m curious since I haven`t read any reviews on it yet. I`ve heard its a lot like Souveran. We`ll see on Saturday. Thanks for the suggestions, guys. That helped to talk it out.

    Trade Secret hands down

You have trade secret - I would use that - I topped Wolgang`s with (don`t laugh) Turtle Wax Ultra Gloss and it came out pretty good! -

You don`t want to top with a liquid wax becuase there are more solvents in there to make it liquid and *could* remove the Wolfies -

You can see some pics in this thread -

I would personally go with Souveran followed by Liquid Souveran. For some reason, this combo gives more depth than just the paste by itself. Given the color of that pain, it would look like the paint was still liquid.
