    New Mequiars Products

Heard a rumor that Meguiars is coming out with a new or revised line of professional products, such as an improved DACP. Anyone heard anything similar?

Yeap, called the Velocity line. Supposedly a completely polymer-based series. Should be intresting.

    Tassadar,

Thanks. Do you think it would be worth it to hold off on buying Meguiar`s products until the new stuff comes out? Haven`t heard much about the Velocity line.

From what I can see, that looks like a release and seal for a fiberglass mold and not goodies for detailing.

Yep. The Veolocity Line is a `mold release` (removing fiberglass items molded to shape etc...)product and isn`t really a detailing product. The boat manufacturing industry uses loads of this stuff.

I would watch for some new products though...

Yep, and Meguiar`s is also dropping some products, and changing some others.
