    quik shine

During my forum search for Vanilla Moose hand glaze topics, I ran across some good comments about ClearKote`s quik shine QD. Anyone using this product? Runs about $15 a quart/$38 a gallon. Is that expensive comparitively?

I heard that it was Ok. But I can tell you from personal Expearience that Eimann Fabrik Clear Pearl is very good and I love the results it also is great with the Viper super fine White MF towels and Autopia Detailing towels. I also orderd Meguiars Detailer Line Finial Detail I hear its also very good and leaves the finish super slick and all. I will post some thoughts on it when I get it this week.

I have the EF Clear Pearl, QD+, Final Detail, Platinum, and Quikshine. The EF is great leaves a great shine and some depth. QD+ is like EF on steriods adding more depth(stealing one of Natty`s lines), Platinum is high gloss. Quikshine is my favorite is has a very high gloss and makes the car look very clean and sharp and you can use it in direct sun. It does cost a little more but I seem to use less of it, it also doesn`t have carnauba which fis good for UPP users who are going to layer it.

60% S&W, 40% QD+ seems to work great. But I would recommend getting a Zep spray bottle.

the Final detail is a good product, great price and much better than the other Meg`s QD`s. I like all the other one`s better but I believe they all cost more though.

Ive heard some comments about FD offering a clearer light reflection (using MF of course) when compared to some other silicone QDs.

Is there anything bad about there being a silicone being inside of it. Im guessing no pad misting when Buffing or No Quick spray to get Sealeants off better because of bonding issues. ?
